The Good Friday Walk is an opportunity to teach our young people - indeed people of all ages in our churches and schools - about poverty as they walk through poor neighborhoods, often with the people who live there! And we are not just walking, we are raising funds to help fight hunger and provide shelter to the homeless. The six-mile leisurely-paced walk is a great way to give back to the less fortunate and increase our awareness.
St. Gregory’s parish is one of the largest participants in the walk each year, so bring a friend, relative, your children, or just yourself and join us on Good Friday morning. More information may be obtained by contacting [email protected]
