Social Justice
There are various committees under the Social Justice parish ministries. The primary objective of these sub committees is to provide to various community social programs and services.
Social Justice Committee
The goal of the Social Justice Committee is to expand awareness of Rhode Island's unmet basic needs and explore ways to help our society to meet those needs.
The committee will adocate for such social changes through local, state and national legislation.
This committee occassionally conducts workshops or brings in guest speakers to help educate our parishioners on current Social Justice issues.
Liturgical Services
Mass at Sparrows Point and Brentwood Nursing Home
The celebration of the Mass is conducted monthly at Sparrows Point and the Brentwood Nursing Home here within the parish community of St. Gregorys.
A parish priest along with members of the parish visit these elderly facilities and allow those who are Catholic to participate in the Mass, receive Holy Communion and other Sacraments needed.
